My computer won’t recognize this as a Mass Storage device, and I don’t know how to fix that. I have WindowsXP with SP3, and it’s a desktop machine. Oddly enough, a laptop with WindowsXP SP2 was able to recognize it as a Mass Storage, so I could drag&drop, but not my computer?? I can’t put movies on because of this, too. I’m not sure what to do, any help is appreciated.

i really need some help with this phone. i have been on every forum site available and no one will answer my question. when i plug in my krzr via USb the found new hardware wizard comes up and says this wizard will insatll software for motorola K1m/L7c, I have all the other drivers but this one (or so i am guessing) how can i solve this issue i cant connect my phone to anything RSD,P2k,MPT,MSU none of them. email me with any help jesandrw4@hotmail.com

To use your MP3’s you need to transfer them from your card to your phone. This worked for me, I hope this works for you.

I’ve had my env2 for about two months, not even, and I love this phone. But just the other day my okay button on the front screen stopped working so now I can’t use my front screen at all. Does anyone have any suggestions or ways to help me!? Please. I can’t survive two years without the front of my phone working!

Yeah, not a huge fan of this phone. I’ve had it for a year now and haven’t had as many problems as most, but I also dealt with the “memory full” (when the memory was not full!) issue (which is actually why I’m on this site, haha. all fixed now!!), and I’ve finally lost my center button. I had a similar problem with battery life, but I got a new battery on ebay and things were better for a while. It’s started getting bad again, though. There was a time when I couldn’t talk on the phone for 15 minutes without it dying. Lame. All this to say that when its time to get a new phone, I won’t be getting a Krzr again (and probably not a motorola at all).

I have had the envy for 3 months now and I am having trouble putting music on my phone. For some reason certain songs come up as restricted due to licensing. These are all songs that I had in MP3 format on my computer from CDs that I own. Is there anyway around this?

I just got the Voyager this month and I really love the phone… However, I have one Major problem.. The phone shuts down for no reason… I’ve returned the phone.. they gave me a brand new one and it happened again this morning.. shuts down for now reason.. anybody else have this problem.. thanks..

wen i tryed to restore factory settings my psp restarted and came back on wiff the BSOD and it wont go away!! wen i press O it jus restarts nd goes bakk to da BSOD….but i had irshell installed so i i enabled the plugin tomake it start automatically so it gets me passed the blue screen but i cant exit irshell or itll come bakk up
email me if anyone knows hot to use the recovery menu because i need to access my XMB

You wouldn’t believe what my phone went through and survived (for the most part). I couldn’t find it and looked for it everywhere. This morning my husband called and said he found it. It was on the driveway and had been run over at least once. Of course the screens were broken but, other than that, it calls and responds just like usual. There aren’t even many scratches on it. Anyone got a broken one I could have to change the screens out with? Also, does anyone know how I could get my calendar off the phone. I have a lot of appointments in there but can’t see them!
