I've noticed the turning off randomly too. I go to school from 8 til 3 and i never use my phone during. i'll notice after school that it's on and when i go to text it shuts off in the middle of my text. my battery definitely isn't overheating, considering i hadn't used my phone all day. i'll also notice where i'm waiting for a text, then i look at my phone 10-15 min. later and its off. It makes me angry... plus my bottom row of keys on the internal side all don't light up. makes it hard to text in the dark.

Okay I am trying to set up powerpoint with office. In the midst of it I was switching my monitors around and was having trouble getting it all to work. Well eventually I did something and now neither the computer monitor or the power point screen have anything showing up on them. there is no way for me to see what the computer is doing in order to switch it back or fix it. Please help I am desperate. Thank you, Jon

The date and time on the front screen just disappeared, and I don’t know how to get it back on there. I went to the Clock WI setting, but don't have an external clock setting, just an internal. Any suggestions

Was interested in trying asmart phone other than the Iphone as the cell. coverage was marginal in my area. Checked out all the new phones and finally settled on the htc Hero. Loved everything about it. A solid compact phone with all the features I needed. Worked great for 2 weeks. Testing and email started to lag. By the third week, incoming calls went right to voice mail without any sign of an external ring. Did a reset and continued to have challenges with lag, battery drain and no external ring. Sprint customer service was great and supplied a new replacement htc Hero. Experienced the exact same issue 1 week later with the 2nd Hero. BTW I did not use any ring tones other than factory. After 2 major Hero issues Sprint replaced Hero with new Samsung Moment. MOMENT has been an ok phone. Larger and bulkier than Hero. Prefer Heros virtual keyboard. Moment seems faster. Havevbeen dissappointed with battery life. Just upgraded moments software 2 days ago and the upgrade seems to have improved battery life. Look forward to the droid upgrade this year..hopefully the android upgrade will fix the Hero bugs and Ill be back to using the Hero.....

I am running windows 7 and have both of my monitors connected and extended. I can move windows from one monitor to the other by using the shortcut (windows key + shift + left/right arrow), but i cannot move my mouse to the other screen. It stays within the borders of my main monitor instead of transferring over to the other one. Any idea how to fix this?

I've been working with Robert Freeman for the past few months on his memoir - ONE LIFE. Having seen some of his work in it's original form, I can offer the following: some of the scans look crude compared to the original artwork. The colors and contrast are so apart from the original images, most notable in 'With The Beatles'. That said, it's great to see them all together ... so much meaning in so few pixels!

'For The Record' is a chapter title from Robert Freeman's book "The Beatles - A Private View" - check it out if anyone wants more detail about the four covers he designed and photographed. If you are a collector and want gallery-quality framed and signed prints, you can contact him directly via his website - robertfreeman.net
