Apology accepted, hopefully my new gravatar will appear here with this post.
I will certainly share if I do find a solution.

Yes, I will check out the review, as i do believe an upgrade is in order!

Thanks

In that case, I apologize. And that's great that you signed up for an Gravatar! Definitely helps shine things up! And good luck with the headphones. If you do find a solution, please feel free to share. Others might be having the same issue.

P.S. I'll be posting a review of some awesome new Bluetooth Headphones tomorrow. (Time to upgrade?)

Hi,

Sorry, the second was an afterthought.

The third, was after I had an avatar, to see if it worked. I didn't know where else to try.

Again, I apologize, for 3 posts, but never assume, my name or email is fake. I got an email today notifying me of a reply.

I gave you only MY email address. (not fake BTW)
Since, it is for my Business (thats right Terminator IT)by me
John N Connor

So I wouldn't have given it to you if I didn't believe you, when your site stated that you would not share it(my email addy)!

Thanks for the advice, I will contact them about
Kinda catchy, considering I was Born with this name. Imagine my surprise, at 17 when at the movies, with my girl, and her seeing my name on the screen!

These types of devices are usually one lifespan products. Companies rarely update them. They are usually thrown out and new models are brought in. It doesn't even look like Kensington even makes these anymore. I'd give their support line a call and see if they have a solution to the issue you are facing. Hopefully that will help.

Also, in the future please don't post three comments. One is enough, we'll get to you! :) And we don't share emails with anyone, so you don't need three fake emails for each post either! Thanks!

I wish I never bought this BT3071 model BT headphones. They are weak, in sound, and only work well as a headset for IM via computer. Even when used as Audio they crackle. I was hoping Kensington would come out with a firmware release, to fix the crackling, however They(Kensington) don't even have these listed as a product on their website. Honestly I thought it was the first pair. I have sent them RMA 4 times, and now Dell refuses to do it again. I only paid $24 for them, and like you said the battery lasts forever. Those are the only things, I can say nice about them.

I gave them 2 out of 5 stars total.

I wish they were even close to the Dell BT300 headset, in audio quality, durability, and functionality. Only good for IM, and that is it!
