Does anyone know if this feature is availible in MS Word 2008 for Mac OSX?

Maybe this will help. When I upgraded Wordpress and my SQL database I ran into the same difficulty with Word 2007. I kept getting the error message “Can’t register your account.”

In WordPress I went into the “Settings” menu. Then to the “Writing” submenu. There you will find an option marked “XML-RPC” There is a check box. The explanation text says, “Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, Meta Weblog, and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols.” Once I checked the box and saved the settings, WordPress allowed the remote publishing through Word 2007.

Hope this may help in your situation.

Hey, i tried a lot adding my blog provider to MS word

It always ends up with an error “word cannot register you account”
i am trying to add a blog (self hosted) and its also under a subdomain (quiz.waver.co.in)

any ideas

It never works. Microsoft Word like typical Microsoft products (and upcoming Windows 7) always crash as soon as you click Publish.
