The rep knew exactly what I was talking about when I asked about the free DSL upgrade. The rep said she will take a look and then said that my DSL would be upgraded to 3MBPS/768KBPS within the next 6-8 hours. Thanks for the information, I can't wait until I get my 2x upgrade.
